I’m 6’4″ tall and interested in the smoke, what size do you recommend? Thanks.
Karl, either the 20 or 22 inch, both of which we have in stock. It would depend on your frame size. We are open 10 to 8 every day, come down and check them out!
Still interested in a Kona Africa bike from your rental fleet.
Sorry, we’re not selling! New ones retail for $400 and we can get you those.
Hi all- Just an fyi that could boost sales. I am a 49 year old worls traveler and former pro athlete in 2 sports and I mention those things to say that if you stopped branding your certain bicycle frames as “girls or ladies” bikes and more accurately refer to them as “step-through” frames (like most of the rest of the world) you could sell more to men and the older or physically challenged rider. The term girl was used because when women rode before the turn of the last century they wore only skirts and dresses and it was frowned upon for a ldy to lift her leg showing her bloomers or otherwise naked butt. Step-through frames are also for those with bad hips (men and women) that still love to ride and the elder person or shorter people, as well.
Carlossee,
A couple of thoughts. We rent step-through bikes and are quite familiar with the term. The bikes you ar referring to, that we sell, are marketed to women, by the manufacturer, and the color schemes often are part of that marketing. Whatever your thoughts about pink and powder blue, they are going to likely appeal to women. Lastly, we find that riding step-through — or girl — frames work quite well with skirts, as do they for the older rider.

Hello…I have been looking for something like this for a while…Thank you! I am interested in joining the tour possibly as a tourist and/or guide. Do you offer anything like training for a volunteer or employee? I have lived and worked in Detroit for all my life and would love to show it off (so to speak). Also, do you offer discounts to military veterans?

Do you have dog trailers? I have a 30lb Welsh Corgi, short legs, and would like to bike more…
We can order the Burley Tail Wagon for $360. It is specifically designed for dogs. Many people use regular “kiddie” trailers for their dogs, the most economical option is the Sunlite Trailer Tot for $260. Please visit our shop for more information!
